When you sign up for the free QES Market Brief, you provide your email address. When you email contact@lynnovationconcepts.com, we receive your sender address and the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial information.

The current public website does not offer customer accounts, paid checkout or a contact form.

Newsletter delivery and confirmation

We use beehiiv to process newsletter signups, manage subscriber records and deliver the QES Market Brief. A signup is initially unconfirmed. The confirmation email asks you to verify your address; after confirmation, your subscription becomes active and a welcome email is sent.

We use your email address and subscription status to deliver the requested newsletter and manage delivery or unsubscribe requests. Subscriber records can include signup source and subscription timestamps. You can unsubscribe through the link in newsletter emails, or contact us for help.

Service providers and technical information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Newsletter signup and delivery use beehiiv. Business inquiries are received through Namecheap Private Email. These services process information needed to provide hosting, email, delivery and security functions.

Service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and delivery or interaction data under their own applicable policies. The current website source does not include a separate advertising pixel or site-analytics integration. This statement does not mean provider-operated features collect no technical data.

beehiiv generally processes subscriber information on behalf of the newsletter publisher; its own privacy policy also describes processing it performs for its own purposes. Our responsibility for QES subscriber information is not replaced by a provider policy.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information to deliver the newsletter, respond to inquiries, maintain subscriber preferences and protect the services from abuse. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Information is processed by the providers needed to operate these services and may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information outside your location.

We retain information while needed for the purposes described here and to meet applicable obligations. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery; it does not necessarily erase delivery, consent or suppression records. You can request deletion by contacting us.

Security and changes

No website or email service can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, account credentials or sensitive financial information in an inquiry.

This policy describes the current public website and newsletter. Material changes to collection or services will be reflected in an updated policy before the new collection is introduced.
